While success brings many benefits it also brings with it considerable detrimental realities of life that one must constantly review in order to ensure the safety and protection of ones family. Unfortunately even with the best security systems and arrangements not all eventualities can be covered, there will always be weak points that can be taken advantage of by undesirable individuals.
Therefore after carefully reviewing our security arrangements and ‘what happens if’ scenarios, we decided to look for a personal protection dog. We found A1K9 on the internet and from the first telephone conversation I was impressed with the effective and knowledgeable manner in which our enquiry was handled.
On arriving at A1K9’s training facility, before we even saw a dog, we were interviewed in some depth by Charles so that he was able to match our exact requirements and life style with a suitable dog. At no time were we pressured or imposed upon in fact it was reassuring to see how careful and considerate Charles and his team were to ensure that the right dog was identified. A selection of executive personal protection dogs were shown, but we settled on ‘Joker’ within seconds of seeing him, he was simply amazing and his abilities were astonishing. We then returned a few weeks later for a two day individual training program after which, subject to Charles being satisfied, we would take Joker home.
Joker is now an integral and much loved part of the family, he goes everywhere with us even to Board meetings and is never far from my side. He is a loving, caring and a devoted dog who loves nothing more than playing with our nearest neighbour’s two year old son. He is a well mannered perfect gentleman who can read most situations on his own and act accordingly. Joker provides us with complete peace of mind not only has our quality of life dramatically improved but we are now considerably fitter due to our long enjoyable daily walks.
Given our experience and knowledge of A1K9 we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Charles, Gaynor and the team as their dedication in providing a first class service is clearly evident from the outset.
