Blaze

Blaze is a very handsome cropped and docked, male Dobermann that we were lucky enough to source and import from one of our colleagues in Eastern Europe.  It is very rare these days to find Dobermanns of this quality with clear-headedness, strong work ethic, and the capability to switch seamlessly from relaxing by the fire to being fully committed and willing to protect.

Charles originally started out with Dobermanns nearly 40 years ago and has said that Blaze reminds him of the dogs of that era; calm, yet courageous in the extreme, which is indeed a compliment coming from a man who has seen and worked so many dogs over the years.

In terms of temperament, Blaze is very social with all people and is accepting of other dogs as long as they are respectful and don’t push the boundaries.

His work ethic is superb; he aims to please and learns very quickly. He seems to like all aspects of training and excels in whatever he is being taught, whether that be the obedience or the protection work.

Blaze is without doubt one of the best, if not the best Dobermann to have ever been trained at A1K9 and he will without any doubt graduate with distinction.

Blaze is an easy dog to handle and live with, being very controllable and biddable in all day-to-day situations. He would be a great addition to any family who is looking for a great pet and serious protection dog in Dobermann form.

To say highly recommended would really be an understatement!! We are so impressed with this boy, we have already secured his half-brother and are trying to buy his litter brother, both of whom are similarly talented and good looking too.
